Start the day with an ample amount of water before going outside. Then, take regular water breaks throughout the day, especially before and after workouts. If skin is thirsty it will be less resilient, taking on a dry, flakey, tight appearance. We all know, that’s when the trouble starts and wrinkles creep in. So, remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to rid the skin of toxins while replenishing fluids. This will prevent dehydration, keep you cool and give your skin the extra TLC it needs during summer.
