Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle particles and super effective! This scrub has nice smooth exfoliating particles (smoother than the apricot scrub) making it perfect for my sensitive and acne-prone skin! Seriously, it's awesome because it doesn't tear at my skin with jagged particles, I can use it every night!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works like a charm! This thing literally works like magic! I noticed differences right away! I used this only on my nose, all over it. It smells super good, feels super good, and most importantly, works super great! My nose looks extremely clear and I can't see any blackheads after a 2 or 3 uses, love this so much, thanks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Irritates my eyes Every time I use this scrub the micro scrub particles ALWAYS get in my eyes, even though I leave my eyes closed when washing my face. My eyes will stay irritated for days at times, even when I try to wash my eyes out. I can't use this scrub anymore and super disappointed at this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not get rid of blackheads I was really excited to try this as I love their apricot blemish scrub but it does not get rid of blackheads in the slightest and I found that I broke out more using it as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked this one and still use it. It's a very fine exfoliant scrub that uses silica as the abrasive agent... which I believe is a natural mineral. So it's better for the environment than artificial beads. It did feel like it was scrubbing my skin in a microdermabrasion way, which was good. And it was gentle enough for my face and doesn't make me go red. It has a nice clean smell but even though it says green tea, I would say that it smells more like cucumber. And it's a green tinted product. And it has salicylic acid in it so that is what provides the blackhead clearing ability, to really dry and clean out those spots. Rated 2 out of 5 by from My eyes get so irritated from this. I love stives facial washes and have been using the apricot face wash for years. I saw this one and decided to try it. It smells good and feels like it’s cleaning my skin good but my eyes get very irritated. I don’t wash near my eyes(face only) and when I rinsed my face it felt like there was something stuck in my eye I didn’t think it was the wash until it happened again. Something in the product gets stuck in my eyes leaving them extremely irritated. Unfortunately, I can no longer use the product. Be careful when using this near your eyes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from As much as I love St. Ives products, and continue to use this and other facial scrubs in their line, I don't find it really delivers, and here's why: as a scrub, it is great - cleans up my skin nicely, leaves it smooth and refreshed, and doesn't irritate my sensitive acne-prone skin (I love that it isn't as abrasive as the apricot scrubs), but it does absolutely nothing for my blackheads, it doesn't clear my skin at all, the appearance has never changed even the slightest. In their defense, I have never found another scrub that does either, which is why I stick with this one, and I do love it, but not for what it claims to be - a blackhead clearing product. All hail the green tea revolution! Not only does it make a refreshing drink, but did you know its also got all sorts of skin benefits too? We’ve gone all green-eyed.
Our green tea leaves come from China and are processed in the traditional Chinese way. This involves heating them to stop oxidation so they stay that lovely vibrant green colour. The goodness is then extracted by very gently by soaking them. It takes a little longer but we think it’s worth it.
