This used to be one of my favourite lotions to purchase, but unfortunately they changed the scent of this, not only did they change it but they failed to advertise on their bottles that they did. The new smell is absolutely horrible. I would have honestly been okay with change, if it smelled good, but this smells like cologne and baby powder mixed together and I am not joking when I say it made me nauseous (I am sensitive to smell). Until this company gets it together and goes back to the old formula, and makes a statement that they did, please save your money and buy a different lotion!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SOFT Skin! Amazingly soft results, after one application! Out of the bathtub , and used my lotion with the water droplets all over my body. Amazing results. Use it throughout the day, and soothes the senses as it protects your skin from the weather elements! Bedtime, I have one close by, to apply just before shut-eye.... and calms the senses ~ to welcome a deep sleep! I wish they had a bubble-bath, and body shower gel!~ this scent would be first on my list of everyday PAMPERING products! St. Ives proves you don't have to break your bank account, to get products that make you feel soft and supple...while offering an all over body care that works!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delightfully Fragrant and Effective This is my new favorite of all St. Ives' lotions. It's actually my third time having a favorite. In 1989, I visited my sister in Pittsburgh and tried her Collagen Elastin. For years, I used nothing but that one. A few years ago, I added Oatmeal & Shea Butter. Now, this has taken over. It smells so good. For the Body Wash though, I need Orchid Extract added to the Coconut to match please. In my 2 - bedroom apartment, there are 7 containers of lotions. I also pump some into a small plastic container for my purse. My granddaughter loves to hold my soft hand as does a pastor's wife married to my BFF's son. She was given a container to carry as well. I LOVE St. Ives.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product! I bought this lotion after my then favorite brand (Jergens) ran out and I couldn't find it anywhere. I was skeptical at first to try a new product because at the time Jergens was the only product line that worked well for my dry skin issues. However, after using this lotion for the first time today I realized this is now my favorite lotion ever. It has a divine scent, the lotion is thin yet feels super creamy on my skin and it keeps me moisturized all day long! I am totally in love with this product and will definitely keep purchasing it in the future. Sorry Jergens, but St. Ives Coconut Milk and Orchid Extract works much better for me!

I refused to use it even if I had such horrible dry and cracked skin because I could not stand the feel of it on my skin. Today on a whim, I bought this lotion by St Ives hoping that it would live up to its claim of "fast absorbing" and "Non greasy". I have to say I have NEVER been more impressed with a lotion than I was today! I put some on one leg, and it was dry by the time I went to put lotion on my other leg! I am actually touching my legs like crazy because I love how they feel! It's not sticky either! Not to mention I kinda smell pretty awesome right now... ;) I also love the fact that it's free of Parabens and Phthalates. I am no longer a lotion hater! I will continue to buy this lotion as long as it stays on the shelves!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from COCONUT & ORCHID: SCENT CHANGE I'm so disappointed and angry. You have changed the scent of your Coconut & Orchid Softening lotion. IT NOW STINKS! I bought a brand new bottle yesterday at Walmart. Used it just now and I positively stink. In now has an underscent similar to Axe or some other after-shave type scent. Such a disappointment. I absolutely stink and I've been using this particular lotion for about 3 years now. WHY FIX SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT BROKEN?????? What a waste of my money.

I have been using it for years now and recently bought 3 bottles from Shoppers Drug Mart as they were on sale. I noticed right away after using it this evening that the scent has now changed without warning and it is unpleasant to say the least. What a waste and why not advertise to inform customers the scent formula is completely different now? Had I known prior to purchasing I would not have bought them. Very disappointed.

I have sensitive skin and a lot of fragrances in body lotions and washes can irritate the skin, but this one was ok. The scent is luxurious without the luxury price, which probably makes it one of my more favorite moisturizers that I will re-purchase.
