Monday: Buff up your pores with a facial scrub! After cleansing, massage your face for 60 seconds with a gentle exfoliant. The motion will stimulate blood flow and the scrub will remove those dulling dead skin cells. You'll be fresh and glowing in one minute!

Tuesday: Give yourself a mini mani/pedi. Simply soak your hands and feet in warm, soapy water for 10 minutes. Buff away dead skin and calluses with a pumice stone and follow with a mineral-rich body lotion.
